Thanks for signing on to my Website. My name is Tom Durkin, and I am a Real Estate Agent located in the Anoka and Coon Rapids area. I sell both residential and commercial properties throughout Minneapolis and St. Paul.
This summer, I worked with a local community development group who ran the Anoka Car Show. Many of the donations (both money and food) we collected at the show went to stock the Anoka County food shelves (ACBC) which were becoming depleted.
It is because of this apparent need as well as my desire to help those less fortunate, that I decided to donate a portion of my commission from every property I sell to help stock those shelves.
If you have a property to sell, please click on the "Sell My Property" link at the top for information on how I can market your property. While I probably won't be standing on a corner with a cardboard sign advertising your property, I will do more than just the typical 3 P's. Put up a sign; Put the property on the mls; and Pray that it sells!
